Shri. V. Vellusamy, hails from Avinashi block of Tiruppur district, Tamil Nadu. He has great appreciation toward development of natural farming and community development. As a farmer, and as a human, he is a role model who supports and acts as a backbone for the farmers and the farming communities, encouraging and promoting agriculture in our nation. Now, he is leading Aintuṇai Natural Farmers Association by organized 200 small and marginal farmers, across six districts viz., Coimbatore, Erode, Tiruppur, Salem, Nilgiris and Dindigul. He has been awarded and acknowledged towards “Demonstrating Collective Organic Farming and Marketing Produces- Aintuṇai Natural Farmers Association by organized small and marginal farmers.
