Thinking beyond the conventional management colleges, The DHAN Academy (TDA), has been providing the development management graduates experiential learning through its four unique segments viz. Preparatory Segment (PS), Classroom Segment (CS), Fieldwork Segment (FWS) and Development Practice Segment (DPS).
Development Practice ā has two segments (I &II) ā aims at providing learning opportunities through hands-on practice in the field on the management of development programmes. The young graduate immerses him/herself in organizing community, project management, finance & accounting, proposal preparation and feasibility studies.
Nine students of Programme for Development Management (PDM) 20 batch and three students of Programme for Community Health Management (PCM) 02 batch involved in DPS-I.
