ABC of Organic Farming
DHAN People Academy (DPA) and Water Knowledge
Centre (WKC) of The DHAN Academy jointly organized a
training programme on ‘Responsible Agricultural’. 310
members from Madurai Rural – Kalanjiam leaders and staff
– participated in the two days programme. Members from
13 locations across Madurai Rural participated in the two
days training on 20 th November and 22 nd November.
DHAN In-house experts and field practitioners trained the members on modules viz. Land preparation for organic farming, Insects and pests control techniques (administering non-chemical methods), Ways and means of productivity enhancement, Harvesting methods and Producer-Consumer connectivity.
