Interpersonal Behaviour in Personal and organizational development is the course under the discipline of Leadership and institutional building. To build personal effectiveness as a leader and also for shaping the institution, team building skills are required. The student will be placed in the people organization where one has to enable the staff for promoting and building the social capital which demands team building skills. This effort will go a long way in building their process and reflective skills in bringing their best out of the team. The aspiration of creating a concrete output out of every session taken to the students has become a reality.
I think…
this type of “Unique” individual reflection by every student will help in building and improving the culture of The DHAN Academy
- A. Gurunathan, Director, TDA
To a greater extent than the turnout, the students have taken pains to make many drafts of their reflection on each value with mythological stories is a good learning experience.
In this book, each virtue was assigned to student for internalization. The student was asked to identify the value system which bonds or breaks the team. To enable the student to internalize, cultural story was asked to be shortlisted based on the value. Later, the student was asked to write the moral from different perspectives, share experiences of his own / others in relating to the moral and finally do introspective learning for his transformation. ‘Team building’ book was released during the Ethnic Dinner (15th September 2020) event.
I wish and pray …
…this attempt will make the students to be an effective instrument in building the team, resulting in honing their interpersonal quotient and institution building skills.
