INSPIRE is a unique course module of The DHAN Academy, wherein, the students undertake Bharat Darshan – Institutional PAN-India Reflective, an exposure to mission oriented non-governmental organizations at the end of their course. The exposure has brought understanding about the concrete changes inthe lives of the deserving communities in different parts of the country. Through this exercise, students engage themselves in spending time with the Founders of the NGOs, to learn about specific development approaches, get an inspiration and reinforce their commitment to work for the marginalized communities.
Amidst the on-going pandemic, PDM-19 and PCM-01 graduates have interacted with the founders and leaders of Gurukula Botanical Sanctuary, Amar Seva Sangam virtually and were able to visit Balar Illam, to meet and interact with Mr. James (the son of Mr. V.Antony Samy; one of the leaders in Indian organicfarming) and also visited the Christian Fellowship Hospital, equipping themselves with all the preventive measures.

“I say Economy without Ecology never leads to development”, the words of Ms. Suprabha from Gurukula Botanical Sanctuary, made us to think about the implications of the fast-paced economic development across the nations on the global environment.
Mr. Pandi of Balar Illam is a living example for young graduates like us. Commitment toward the cause for the last 40 years shows us how to move forward in our own development journeys.
After his accident, Mr. Ramakrishnan of Amar SevaSangam, committed his life for the service of the differently abled people. This made us to realize if a person wants to serve the community and work for the community, then no hurdle, no disability can be a hindrance.
Mr. James, the son of the Mr. Antony Swami, taken us through the organic pathways his father created and has been creating for a healthy and nutritive soil and for immune future generations. The journey showcased individual’s hardship and dedication towards his ideology.
Four doctors after finishing their medical course felt the common urge to offer their service to the poor in 1955. Now it is called as ‘Christian Fellowship Hospital’. The institution is a live demonstration of purpose backed with passion.
