T rue to the above quote, a true leader believes in constant upliftment and learning. He always strives to constantly improve and make a better version of himself.

For such passionate leaders, the DHAN Academy organized an online event from 10th to 12th November. The event was facilitated by Prof. G. Srinivasan ( Programme Advisor, The DHAN Academy ) and Prof. A. Gurunathan (Director, the DHAN Academy ).

The attending members consisted of Dhanaites as well as leaders from other NGOs.

Dhan Foundation has wide experience and deep expertise in leading large-scale interventions in serving a large number of stakeholders across many regions for 25 years creating a significant positive impact. The Dhan Academy has drawn on this expertise to develop leadership models, case studies, and skill development material resulting in a rich repository of knowledge.

The focus during the program was on building Institutional values such as Self Regulation, Collaboration, Operational Excellence, Grassroots Action, and Information Democracy which have been driving the growth of Dhan over the years.
