E very noble activity amplifies well when done collaboratively. It is in this pure spirit of teamwork that positive results can be achieved exponentially faster. DHAN Foundation believes in a similar spirit of teamwork and collaboration and has always engaged with like-minded organizations for bringing the essence of change.

‘Half-Cut-Poetry’ , a community of passionate artists who are promoting open-mic culture in Kolkata with arts and poems, collaborated with DHAN Foundation for an event to raise funds for COVID-affected poor families in rural India.

Under the theme of #bettertogether, the fund-raising event held in the last week of May aimed at sensitizing participants on DHAN’s initiative and motivating them to support DHAN’s Campaign for fighting COVID-19. The event was streamed LIVE on Instagram and was held for a marathon time from 4 PM to 12 PM. Various artists from different parts of the country participated in the event to present their art forms in the form of poems, stories, songs and gazals, and also to speak on DHAN’s initiative to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. The event was watched LIVE by many on Instagram and appreciated equally.
