S UHAM trust carried out health initiatives at multiple locations in the month of February. Let us catch a glimpse of the events.

Eye camp

Thanigai vattara kalanjiam under Thiruvallur Region conducted Eye camp with the support of Aravind eye care hospital. The total OP flow is 268 from them 17 people undergone eye surgery. Similalrly, Dindigul and Vizag regions have also condcuted Eye camp and refferal cases done the catearact surgery.

Health Camp for Elders

In collaboration with Helpage India Madurai Urban and Madurai Rural Region conducted Camp for the old age people. Nearly 6 Federation coverd under this camp. Totally 12 Camps were benefitting around 1217 elders.

General medical camp

The Regions like Madurai rural, Madurai Urban, Theni, Thiruvallur, Mayurbhanj and Vizag region have conducted series of General medical camps at village level. Out of 106 camnps conducted, 3624 members have got benefitted and majority of them are sufferingwith NCDs (non Communicable Diseases). They have been referred for next level diagnosis and treatments.

Inauguration of SUHAM Primary clinic

DVTF (DHAN Vayalagam Tank Foundation) and SUHAM Trust jointly promoted SUHAM Primary care Clinic at Mangal Road, Cheyyar Block of Thiruvannamalai District on 16th February, 2022.
