Akin to this adage, The DHAN Academy (TDA) ensures providing practical classroom experiential learning to the students by facilitating experienced senior development practitioners from DHAN Collective as faculty members. These experienced development practitioners have more than fifteen years of experience in working at the grassroots and implementing several projects across various contexts. Students’ will be equipped with the skillset of promoting social capital, understanding community governance, building local leadership, research and documentation etc. The Case method of Pedagogy, LAB Method and Simulation theories provides the students with the much-needed practical field knowledge.
THE FOUR SEGMENTS
As a part of Development Practice Segment, PDM 20 and PCM 02 batch students spend time with the community across various themes, contexts and states. The students majorly focused on building and sustaining people institutions across the DHAN’s working areas.
