NCD Screening Across the Region: DHAN Gulbarga region as a part of ensuring “Health for All” screened the members for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), with the collaboration of Narayana Hospital-Bangalore, across the region. For the January Month, around 900 members were screened in the Aland, Jewargi, Afzalpur and Sedam locations. Participants age varied from 18 years to 76 years. Members were screened for Weight, Height, BMI, Waist Size, Systolic BP, Diastolic BP, Pulse Rate, Hemoglobin, Blood Sugar, oxygen saturation (SpO2). Identified critical cases were referred to PHCs for medical treatments.
DHAN Kanchi region organized general medical camps at St. Thomas mount block. 65 members presented to know their well-being. Out of 65, 15 critical case were referred to SRM hospital.
