Certificate Course in FPO Management

E very organization has its own set of leaders. Leaders who can innovate, leaders who can take a stand and leaders who can lead an organization to its glory. F.P.O. organizations are no exception and require a highly-skilled managerial task force for innovation and delivery. Taking such a requirement into consideration, DHAN Foundation along with the DHAN Academy initiated a three months training programme on FPO management with the support of HDFC. The role of promoting organizations and the Business Associates of FPO’s are very crucial in the initial stage in building sustainable systems and processes. Their skill and capacity will ultimately decide the sustainability of the FPO’s. The main objectives of this programme to build conceptual clarity about institutional aspects and mandatory functions of FPO, to train and impart the required skills such as participatory planning, data analysis, accounting and auditing, filing the IT returns, and to develop the right attitude to the Business Associates in order to develop their respective FPO as a successful and profitable Social Business enterprises. Considering this need ACESE and The DHAN Academy has developed a three months’ certificate course for Business Associates of FPO’s with classroom and fieldwork segments. The DHAN academy is one of the organizations assigned to conduct the programme and successfully conducted three programmes from the year 2016.
