T he modern world is characterized by increasing levels of complexity and uncertainty, making it difficult for organizations to survive and succeed in such a world of turbulence.

Typically, every organization irrespective of its size and age has many learning disabilities which inhibit effective performance and sustained growth. The conscious development of the five disciplines listed above will ensure that the learning disabilities are removed.

Any discussion on learning organization will be incomplete without discussing the role of leadership. Therefore the webinar focussed on the role and responsibility of leaders in creating and sustaining a learning organization to manage the chaos and complexity in the environment. The participants learned the importance of new processes, and cognitive skills required for learning organization with relevant examples.
