Performance Assessment / Appraisal Process

You would participate in two reviews/appraisals by the end of your Apprenticeship viz., after six months and on completion of twelve months.

Members of Strategic Forum (SF) and Consultative Forum (CF) and all the Apprentices in your batch would participate in these Appraisal process. They would, in this way, learn firsthand how the six months or the year has been for you. Each of you will be required to make a presentation to the panel members. This will be followed by peer group appraisal where other peer member would apprise you. Then panel would have discussions with the individual apprentice, where they will help you take stock and plan for the future. You will have, by then, submitted your periodic reports. They will also have received a confidential feedback on your Apprenticeship from your field guide, along the dimensions discussed above. You need to submit six month consolidated report a week in advance along with your field guide’s feedback to the batch teacher before the mid-term appraisal. Similarly you will have to submit one-year consolidated reflective report along with self-appraisal form and field guides’ feedback (in a sealed cover) and "My role in DHAN Foundation" with not exceeding 250 words to the Batch teacher, a week in advance. During final appraisal, you will have to appear for graduation test conducted by the panel. Weightage would be given on your professional discipline in attending events, regularity in submitting reports and your performance in the test and appraisal process.
