DHAN Foundation, Madurai has been organising Madurai Marathon for last three years to promote and conserve water. This year also DHAN is organising a similar marathon on "Eradication of Anemia" on 23rd Jan 2010. Fifty percent of younger generations and pregnant women are suffering from anaemia due to multifarious reasons. This not only affects the over all productivity but also inflicts greater blow to the Lives of the poor.
