Services of Community Resource Centers

The Community Resource Centers are offering 10 different ICT enabled services for the rural people. The Following table summarizes the Services, Its need and its relative with the CRC objectives.

4.	Videoconference	The Poor are lack of infrastructure to have teleconference/ Video Conference with the expert. Farmers, Women and Youths have no way to communicate with Experts in their domain. Hence, there is a need for a common infrastructure to facilitate the connectivity between expert and rural poor. 5.	Online Remittances	The Rural poor are not having personal Technology and infrastructure to have online remittances like EB bill payment, Money transfer, etc.	Increasing man days by reducing cost, travel and time.
6.	Online Services	The Rural poor are not having personal Technology and infrastructure to have online services like e-Governance	Increasing man days by reducing cost, travel and time.
7.	Mobile based services	Need Mobile based services at their door steps like Mobile Recharge, Mobile Accessories, etc.	Increasing man days by reducing cost, travel and time.
8.	Health Services	Rural Poor has to travel minimum 3 Kms to check their routine Diabetes, Blood Pressure, etc. hence, there is a need for Technology Enabled Health Services at their Door Steps	Increasing man days by reducing cost, travel and time.
9.	Sectoral Content and Camps	The Multimedia Content will enrich the awareness and learning among the rural poor. Hence, there is a need for some common infrastructure to show Multimedia content on Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Health, Legal Aids,etc.. The Multimedia Content shows will be add on with Camps in the villages	Improving rural livelihood through Knowledge Building by the way of Expert Connectivity, Reducing Cost and time, Timely Information and Support
10	Offline Services	There is good demand for offline services like Xerox, Document typing, Scanning, etc at the rural door steps	Increasing man days by reducing cost, travel and time.
