LEGAL AID CLINIC

50 Paralegal training for 250 para legal volunteers, 50 para legal clinic established and atleast 500 cases handled.

• Paralegal volunteers (50 per region) will be identified among SHG and youth Association.
• 5 Trainings will be conducted for PLV (50 PLV each region)
• Each training for 15 days with qualified lawyers and district alterneys.
• These 50 volunteers will manage the legal aid clinics in each region in rotation basis.
• 50 Para legal clinics will be set up (10 in each region) in interior villages with the population ranging from 1000 – 4000.
• Each clinic will handle minimum 10 cases in each year total 500 cases.
• Each case will be documented.
